Disney Digital Studio Services has earned certification from an independent auditor that its management systems and approach to client services meet the rigid requirements for compliance with the ISO 9001 standard. ISO (International Organization for Standardization) 9001 specifies requirements for a quality management system focused on customer requirements, quality service delivery and a process and commitment to continuous improvement.
The service offerings that have been ISO 9001 certified are part of our new Digital Studio focus and specifically relate to image and sound digital workflows for work being performed within Building 95, the Sound Bungalow, and our Victory Digital Audio Operations and Technical Services Operations.

In short, the ISO certification signifies a commitment to excellent business practices, designed to provide products and services that meet and exceed the customer’s expectations while enhancing customer satisfaction.
Along with the many business practices we are incorporating as part of our management system, a key component of ISO 9001 is a Quality Policy Statement. Our Policy Statement is built around a statement which uniquely reflects our Disney Heritage and focus on service – “Be Our GUEST”. The word GUEST is an acronym for Growth, Unifying, Efficiency, Satisfaction and Timeliness which reflects our core commitments to our customers and our own business results.
